We cover the shipping costs for every order within the Netherlands. All our products are delivered 100% free of charge to your home. There's no minimum order required.

Shipping of your order

After you place your order, we need 1 to 2 business days to process it. During the week, this takes one business day, but if you order on a Friday evening or over the weekend, it may take a little longer.

- Once your order is processed, it will be shipped and will take an average of 4 to 6 business days to arrive.

If you've placed an order with us, you can see when your package will arrive after just a few days. You'll receive your personal tracking code by email, which you can use to track your order through our tracking partner. You can see how this works on our Track & Trace page.

Delivery of your order

Defective product?

That's a real shame! Unfortunately, it can happen that your product gets damaged during transport. In that case, we'll always ship a new package free of charge the first time, and unfortunately, we can't offer refunds. If it's a problem the second time, we'll refund the full purchase price.

Order something

Ordering at classicmode.nl is very simple. First, go to the product page and add the desired item to your shopping cart. To do this, click the "Add to cart" button.

Here, it's important to check that you've selected the correct variants. If everything is correct, click the "Continue to checkout" field. On the information page, you'll need to enter the correct address information. Check that all the information is correct. If this information is correct, you can click the "Continue with shipping" button.

On the "Shipping" page, you can double-check the address information you entered. It also indicates that every shipment is completely free. As a token of appreciation for our customers, we always cover the shipping and delivery costs. You can now proceed by clicking the "Continue to payment" button.

You can pay via iDeal and Bancontact. All payments at classicmode.nl are SSL-encrypted, meaning you can always rely on a secure payment environment.

Once you've selected the correct payment method, click the "Complete Order" button. You'll then be redirected to your selected payment method. Follow the instructions on the relevant page to complete your order. In the unlikely event you have any problems with your order, please feel free to contact us.

Have you lost your package?

If a package is lost or cannot be delivered for logistical reasons, we will always send a new package before issuing refunds or returns. If the order has not been received within 30 days of shipment, it can be refunded.
