Returns Policy
Returns are possible within 30 days:

1. The products must be in their original condition and have the original tags and labels attached.
2. The packaging must not be damaged and must be in its original condition.
3. The items to be returned must not show any signs of use.


Please note: If the returned items do not meet these conditions, we unfortunately cannot process your return. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.

Always ensure your package is labeled with a track & trace code. Lost returns will not be reimbursed if there is no proof of shipment with a track & trace code. Returns by post without a track & trace code are at your own risk. As a customer, you are responsible for the costs of returning the goods.

Once we receive your return, we'll notify you by email. We'll refund the purchase price to your account within a few days of processing your return.

Return procedure :

If you want to return a product, please contact our customer service to request a return label. We will then be notified that your return is on its way. You can send an email to info@classicmode.nl

Cancellation of orders

You can only cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing it. After 5 minutes, our orders are stopped in the processing process and cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible.

Returns are always at the sender's risk, return costs will not be reimbursed.

If you received the wrong item, we will send you the correct item free of charge!

Refund

We refund our returns within 3-5 business days of receipt on average.
